The Municipal Services Agency delivers municipal services to the residents of unincorporated Sacramento County.
These services include garbage collection, animal care, land use and community planning, road maintenance, code enforcement, clean water, storm protection, building permits and development services, open space conservation, regional parks and much, much more.

| Regional Parks Reminds Visitors To The American River Parkway To Observe Alcohol Ban During Holiday Weekend |
The consumption of alcohol and possession of open containers will be prohibited on the shore and the river within the American River Parkway between Hazel and Watt Avenues from August 30 through September 1 during the Labor Day weekend. The mandatory life preserver ordinance for children aged 13 and under in public waterways will also be enforced.
