VICTOR MORRISON-VEGA, Director of Neighborhood Services

 

Victor Morrison-Vega became the Director of the Municipal Services Agency’s Department of Neighborhood Services in January 2005. He brings more than three decades of government and private industry experience. His expertise includes architecture (licensed in the states of Arizona and New York), planning, zoning administration, historic preservation, property conservation and building inspector.

Prior to joining the Agency, Morrison-Vega was deputy director for the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department, an organization he helped establish in 1993.

He is a 1977 graduate of Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning with his Bachelor of Arts degree.

Father of two adult sons, Morrison-Vega resides in Fair Oaks with his wife of 30 years.
