External                            
This group is comprised of External customers from all portions of the development process such as developers, architects, and engineers. Their purposes is to provide feedback on current and proposed changes to processes.                            
This "Super Group" is comprised of external and internal customers of the development process.                            
The California Building Industry Association is a statewide trade association representing more than 6,300 companies including homebuilders, trade contractors, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers, and other industry professionals. According to a recent study, the homebuilding industry contributes more than $60 billion a year to the state's economy and generates 525,000 jobs.                            
Patterned after the County's Planning Commission, the Councils are geared to provide local control over many land-use issues that affect the community's quality of life. They replaced their area's Community Planning Advisory Council, a panel that provided advisory recommendations to land-use issues.                            
A quarterly publication designed to update all interested parties.                            
The County's new automated system that will support the issuance of permits and development.

Meeting of internal project leaders to advance project progress.

An internal electronic application for users to share and edit files, store data, and track project progress.                            
Comprised of County department heads to provide leadership and direction for project.                            
Software to track Planning and Building Permits will be continually coordinated with development processes.
