CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT
The County of Sacramento adopted the California Uniform Public
Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) in October 1999. This allows the
County of Sacramento to informally bid small construction and maintenance
projects with estimated costs of $100,000 or less. Bid information regarding
these projects will be placed in the following trade journals/locations
approximately ten days prior to bid opening:
- F.W. Dodge (Daily Pacific Builder)
- Daily Construction Service, Northern California
- The Sacramento Builder's Exchange (Weekly Bulletin)
If, in addition to the above resources, you would like to have your firm
added to a mailing list to receive our Notice to Contractors for projects
$100,000 or less being bid under CUPCCAA, please provide the following
information:
- Name and address of the firm
- Name of contact person
- Firm's telephone number
- The type(s) of work (e.g. painting, electrical, etc.) you are
interested in and currently licensed to do
- Class of California contractor's license(s) held by firm contractor
license number(s)
- Other California State certifications held by firm (ASB or HAZ).
