	PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for a JOB ORDER CONTRACT. The scope of this JOC is for, but not limited to, providing miscellaneous construction services in support of the Terminal Modernization Program at the Sacramento International Airport. This contract will be managed through the Architectural Services Division’s JOC Coordinator and Architectural Services Division Project Manager.

	The scope of this JOC is for, but not limited to, repair, remodel and renovation projects throughout the Sacramento County Airport System. Potential Federally Funded Airport Improvement Program projects include but not limited to: SMF Taxiway Paving, SMF Perimeter Fencing, MHR 4260 ADA Restrooms and MHR 4260 Wash Rack. It is highly suggested that Bidders attend the following Pre-Bid Conference to be held in the: Media Room Conference Room, Sacramento International Airport, Terminal A, at 10:00 a.m. PST, May 28, 2008 for the purpose of distributing documents and discussing the JOC concept. Contract Documents will be available and distributed at the Pre-Bid Conferences. Thereafter, Contract Documents may be obtained at Purchasing Division, 10545 Armstrong Avenue, Suite 202A, Mather, CA 95655, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
