| REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SACRAMENTO AREA SEWER DISTRICT TRAINING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) is embarking on the development of a comprehensive learning curriculum for four employee classifications in the Maintenance and Operations Section spanning from new hire orientation through all levels of on-the-job skills training.
Submit seven (7) hard copies and one electronic copy on cd-rom. The electronic proposal shall include all parts of the hard copy proposal in PDF format. The proposals are due at the SASD Office, 9660 Ecology Lane, Sacramento, CA 95827, no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2008. Proposals are to be addressed to Gilbert Mells. | Requesting Qualification Submittals for a 20-year lease for a 58,000 sq ft service bureau |

| This Request for Qualifications extends the opportunity to submit a statement of qualifications to offer for lease a site and building for the County of Sacramento Department of Human Assistance (DHA).
The County is requesting that proposals include fully serviced rent costs. An option to purchase is not required as a part of the proposal.
DHA requires a service bureau building and departmental administrative offices with the following attributes:
• Total gross square footage 58,000
• Height 1 or 2-story
• Client parking 75
• Secure - fenced parking (employee & pool vehicles) 220
• Special features - Expansion area on site for 5,000 SF future addition.
