Selection criteria

• Statement of the problem and solution
• Cost-effectiveness of the project
• Long-term impact on the community
• Innovation, resourcefulness, vision, and risk-taking
• Replicability of the project

Entry categories

• There is only one category: "County Government".
• Projects must have been in existence for at least a year

Building Inspection received an 'Honorable Mention' for its Virtual Counter Videoconferencing. A letter from the CSAC administrator indicated the competition was fierce.
