representatives are here to help you with information about
Sacramento County programs and services and take service
requests for a variety of issues including everything from barking dogs to zoning violations.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 9.00 p.m.,
excluding major holidays.
With basic information such as your name, address, phone number,
nature of issue and address of the problem or violation, a case is
opened, assigned an issue number, and referred to the correct
department for follow-up.
Please retain the name of your representative and the issue
number for your follow-up records. Complainant names are kept
private unless the issue goes to court.
