Reporting issues and requesting
service is easy; with basic information such as your name,
address, phone number, nature of concern and address of problem
(if applicable), a service request is opened, assigned an issue
number and referred to the correct department for follow-up.
Please retain the name of your customer service representative
and the issue number for your records. Names of residents making
complaints are kept private unless the issue goes to court.
