Program Description
The Financial Analysis Section provides in-depth budgetary, financial and administrative oversight to the departments and their attendant districts within the Municipal Services Agency, as well as related services to our external customers.
Services
Services provided include:
- Directing budgetary planning, review, and presentation
- Monitoring budget activity throughout the fiscal year
- Emphasizing responsible use of public resources
- Assisting the Agency in program measurement and funding
- Conducting special studies of Agency programs
- Overseeing coordination of intra- and inter-Agency financial activities
- Reviewing policy and legislative activities
