Waste Loads Must be Covered

A new regional ordinance requires all loads of material transported to local waste facilities to have protection from littering or be covered with a tarp. This ordinance applies to all vehicles such as pickup trucks, trailers, drop-boxes and packer trucks. The penalty for non-compliance is a $75 citation (plus court costs).

Unloading Materials

Customers must unload all materials as instructed by Landfill employees. There are several different locations for unloading materials. Follow the signs for the landfilling tipping area or recycling areas.
