**National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System

The Stormwater Quality Improvement Plan (SQIP) describes activities to be conducted over
a five year period to help reduce urban stormwater pollution and protect Sacramento's creeks
and rivers. The SQIP impacts all of us living and working in the
