7. Can I transfer funds from my savings account if I don't have a checking account?
Yes, but we would prefer to perform EFT from a checking account. To use a savings account, please submit a deposit slip from your savings account, marked "VOID." Also, indicate on the sign-up form that you want to use your savings account.
8. Can tenants who pay their own utilities use EFT?
Yes, but we prefer that tenants do not pay via EFT as any change in the property title will probably cause the account to come off of EFT.
