Drainage Design

The Drainage Design Section prioritizes capital improvement projects then designs and oversees their construction. It's purpose is to provide the best possible flood protection with available funds. Section staff formulate and design capital improvement projects to alleviate drainage system problems. They also develop hydraulic design criteria, improvement standards, and construction specifications.
