Water Agency Zone 11

Zones 11A, 11B, and 11C of the County Water Agency provide for the construction of major drainage facilities in the urban and urbanizing areas of the unincorporated county and the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, and Rancho Cordova. Revenues are generated by fees collected at the time of development. Drainage Development Review is funded by this source. Revenue for Zones 11A, 11B, and 11C in fiscal year 2002/2003 is estimated to be 21.9 million dollars.
