Water Agency Zone 41

Zone 41 provides safe and reliable potable water to its various service areas throughout the unincorporated County. Revenues are collected by utility charges, connection permit fees, and construction water permits, all of which fund Water Supply Design and Water Supply Facilities Operations and Administration.
